*No two customer requirements are the same but in general terms our durable ribbons will resist:

Flex-A-Porte Standard Ribbon - Our general purpose durable ribbon suitable for a range of environments: Heat resistant up to 180°C, good abrasion resistance to IPA (120 rubs), Mineral Spirit (60 rubs), Motor Oil (250 rubs) and Ethanol (25 rubs) on Polyester labels with no damage to text with 940g rub test weight. Guide only, results on other synthetic labels may vary*.

Flex-A-Porte Ultra Ribbon - Our higher specification ribbon with greater durability: Heat resistant up to 250°C, excellent resistance to abrasion, IPA (200 rubs), Mineral Spirit (80 rubs), Motor Oil (250 rubs), Ethanol (80 rubs), Unleaded gasoline 98 RON (10 rubs) and Brake fluid (10 rubs) on Polyester labels with no damage to text with 940g rub test weight.
