Returns
We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you would like to make a return here is what you need to know.
This Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms which can be found here.
Please carefully review our Returns Policy when purchasing any goods. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and request your return in accordance with the terms of this return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case you received the wrong item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the steps described below, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to return items
To request a return, you must contact us in writing at info@flex-a-porte.com. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it. Once we identified your order, we will email you to confirm we have received your request.
Please note that if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package only if the items have been delivered to you damaged, defective or incorrectly. Please note that you will have 7 days from the date we sent you the return shipping label to return the items to us. Failure to send off the items back to us within the aforementioned 7 days period will not make you eligible for a refund.
If you choose to return your item for any reason other than the item being delivered to you damaged, defective or incorrectly, you will have to bear the costs of returning the item to us. For the avoidance of doubt, if your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your returns package. Please note that you will have 7 days from the date we sent you the returns instructions to return the items to us. Failure to send off the items back to us within the aforementioned 7 days period will not make you eligible for a refund.
How we will refund you
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, we will refund you the price you paid for the items (excluding delivery costs) by the method you used for payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Deductions from refunds
Please note that we may reduce your refund for the items returned to us to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted under this returns policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
