Delivery Information
Here you'll find all the information you'll need about how we post, ship and deliver our items.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms which can be found here.
Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing any goods. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Dispatch Timescales
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order acceptance email.
As manufacturer any shortage of products is usually restocked within 2 working days. If we anticipate any delays in regards to your order, we will contact you with a new dispatch date.
We recommend you allow at least 3 working days for delivery and processing to ensure your goods arrive well in advance of your requirements. Please note all FEDEX parcels must be signed for.
Shipping Fees and Timescales
We offer free delivery for orders over £100. If your order is under £100 then you will incur a delivery charge of £9.99.
All orders are shipped using an express service with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business day via FedEx.
Please note that all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Shipping Delays
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
