Typical Uses

The Flex-A-Versal range is ideally suited as a carrier of variable data such as linear, 2D barcodes and QR codes, part numbers, serial numbers, batch ID, Lot numbers and date codes.

They are ideally suited for asset identification, product labels, component identification, rating labels, general labware identification, large speciment identification, the list is endless.

Adhesive Options

There are two solvent acrylic adhesive options which cure with age rather than deteriorate like water based or non-specific acrylic adhesives. Optimum curing takes place during the first 72hrs.

Standard Adhesive - is a permenant adhesive typically used on flat smooth glass, stainless steel, polypropylene, Polybutylene terephthalate and painted surfaces.

High Grip Adhesive - is our best selling and more universal permenant adhesive with greater initial tack and adhesion to lightly textured and large diameter curved versions of the typical surfaces mentioned above... and more!

Sizes

Using over 35 years of label manufacturing experience we have manufactured the most commonly requested sizes for the Flex-A-Versal label range and made them easy to order from the site.

Core and roll sizes

All Flex-A-Porte labels are available on 1" (25.4mm) or 3" (76.2mm) cores suitable for the majority of desk top thermal transfer printers. Also, the roll quantities have been designed so the outer roll diameter will fit inside the majority of printers without the need for an external roll holder.

Colours

The Flex-A-Versal range is available in Gloss White and Satin Silver as standard with clear, and colours available by request.
